Taken the tests? Have your results? Let's do what you came here for and compare yourself to other wrestlers in your weight class.
Do the strength, agility, and endurance test while recording your results. It is reconmmended to do each test on different days, as to not affect your results. Input your results in to Wrestle Test, look at the information about where you are compared to other wrestlers similar to your size.
Our goal was to make these test as easy as possible to take, as to include as many people as possible. However many of the exercises do need a timer, weights, and a open (preferbaly padded) space. We reconmmend for the exercises, like the long distance run, to use a treadmill, but this is optional.
Using the information that wrestle test provides, you can compare yourself with other wrestlers of your weight class. You will get a strength, agility, and endurance rating based on other wrestlers. Depending on your ranking in each category you can see skill you should work on first.
